Celine

Celine began her NUCCA chiropractic journey at Precise Chiropractic in June 2020 after being referred to the office by a friend. Before starting care, she had been struggling with low back pain for 8 years and numbness and tingling in her legs and feet for 5 years. In addition, she was diagnosed with adult-onset Muscular Dystrophy (MD) nearly three decades ago. Muscular Dystrophy is a group of genetic conditions that affect muscle strength and function.

“On a pain scale from 0–10, my back pain was a 5,” Celine shares. “When I stood for too long the pain became intense and I would need to sit down until it subsided. This made it difficult for me to get things done. I believed one of my legs was shorter than the other which I thought could be contributing to the pain. Walking also became difficult—I looked like I was limping instead of walking. I wasn’t sleeping well either because the numbness and tingling in my legs bothered me.”

Celine recalls reading a book that explained how a properly aligned spine helps the entire body function better by supporting a healthier nervous system. “In managing my MD and dealing with my pain, numbness and tingling, I wanted to strengthen my nervous system and improve my overall health—both mind and body,” she says. “So, when my friend recommended Precise Chiropractic, I decided to make an appointment.”

Since starting NUCCA care, Celine has noticed remarkable improvements. “After my first adjustment, my back pain dropped from 5 to 3, and I noticed right away that I was walking better. I’m not limping anymore, and everything I do feels easier because my back pain is gone! Congratulations to Joe for being our October Patient of the Month! Joe started care at Precise Chiropractic in August 2020 after being referred to the office by his son. Prior to starting care at Precise Chiropractic, Joe suffered with sleep issues for 15 years, and neck pain. Additionally, because his blood pressure was high, he was prescribed blood pressure medication.

“On a scale of 0 to 10, my neck pain was 4, and my whole neck felt stiff. I believed my neck pain and stiffness were a physical reaction to stress building up in my neck which limited my range of motion. I also suffered with poor sleep for years because I would wake up frequently throughout the night. This interrupted sleep pattern left me feeling constantly deprived of rest, clouding my clarity and affecting my everyday life. With my high blood pressure, I wasn’t happy I was prescribed medication—I don’t like taking it or dealing with the side effects that come with it. Congratulations to Candice for being our August Patient of the Month! Candice started at Precise Chiropractic in July 2023 after being referred to the office by her friend. Prior to starting care at Precise Chiropractic, Candice suffered with headaches, TMJ pain and neck and shoulder tension for over 20 years.

“I suffered daily with headaches that were a 2 on a pain scale of 0-10. And every other week I would have a severe headache that was a 9. It was a constant pain and felt like my head was in a vice. I also suffered shooting pain in my temples. These headaches left me totally incapacitated. If I was at work, I would have to leave work, go home, lay down and wait for the headache to go away. On a pain scale of 0-10 my TMJ pain was a 7 and I had clicking in my jaw. My neck and shoulder tension were a 5 and my shoulders felt like they were “stapled to my ears”. I tried massage therapy every other week and traditional chiropractic to try to manage my pain. These only helped temporarily. Motrin became my best friend in helping me get through the day and taking the edge off the pain. I was miserable! When my friend suggested I come to Precise Chiropractic I scheduled an appointment.” says Candice.

Regarding her results, Candice says “After my first adjustment the clicking in my jaw was GONE and my neck and shoulder tension dropped from a 5 to a 3. And after several more adjustments my daily headaches are GONE and the severe headaches I suffered every other week subsided. I no longer have severe headaches every other week. If I do get a headache, I may get one once every 6 months and my pain level would be a 6 instead of a 9. These headaches no longer incapacitate me. I keep up with my regularly scheduled adjustments. Congratulations to Daniela, our July Patient of the Month! Daniela first came to Precise Chiropractic in March 2013, after being referred to the office by a friend. At the time, Daniela was battling severe low back pain that had persisted for two long years. “My low back pain was an 8 out of 10. It was a constant, throbbing, shooting pain that affected my work as a caregiver.

I had to move slower, and every task felt overwhelming because I was in so much pain. Prior to starting care at Precise Chiropractic, Andrew suffered with chronic low back pain and right hip pain for 15 years.

“My low back pain was a 7 on a pain scale of 0-10 and was constantly aching and incredibly painful. The pain made it very difficult for me to sleep. I also stopped running for exercise and had to ease up on my weight-lifting because of the pain. My hip pain was a 4 on a pain scale of 0-10. Every morning, I woke up with a sharp pain in my hip. Congratulations to Sean, our May Patient of the Month! Sean began his journey with Precise Chiropractic in November 2023 after finding the office through a Google search. For six long months prior, he had been dealing with persistent low back pain and tingling in his right arm that affected his sleep and his ability to stay active. He also suffered with neck and shoulder tension.

“My low back pain was a 6 out of 10,” Sean recalls. “Every time I stood or walked around, I’d get this sharp pain in my lower back. On top of that, I’d experience numbness and tingling in my right arm—especially when lying down. It was a 2 out of 10, but it made it difficult to sleep and would wake me up at night. Prior to starting care at Precise Chiropractic, Michael suffered with extreme low back pain for 2 months. “On a pain scale of 0-10 my low back pain was an 11.

One morning I woke up, stepped out of bed and collapsed to the floor in pain. The pain was constant and throbbing. I went to the ER, and they gave me painkillers and muscle relaxers but those only helped temporarily. I ended up having to use a wheelchair to get around outside the house and a cane and walker while in the house. I couldn’t do anything without assistance. After being incapacitated, and in so much pain, I knew I needed to find help. When my neighbor referred me to Precise Chiropractic, I scheduled an appointment.” says Michael. His spouse Julie also started care at Precise Chiropractic. While in the office for Michael’s appointments, she mentioned to the doctor that she tripped and fell and hit her head. As a result, she had neck, shoulder and back pain that were a 10 on a pain scale of 0-10. She also had difficulty breathing. Her pain made it difficult for her to do household chores or walk. Congratulations to Lauren for being our March Patient of the Month! Lauren started care at Precise Chiropractic in April 2024 after being referred to the office by her brother. Prior to starting care at Precise Chiropractic, Lauren suffered with Cervical Spinal Stenosis which resulted in weakness in her right arm.

Lauren says “One day I woke up to right arm weakness and pain. I couldn’t even lift my arm up. On a pain scale of 0-10 my arm pain was a 9 and it was a constant shooting pain. I tried home remedies for a couple weeks, then went to see a physician. After a neuro exam, MRI, and EEG I was diagnosed with Cervical Spinal Stenosis and was told they needed to operate as soon as possible in order for me to have a chance at regaining nerve sensation and muscle function in my right arm/shoulder. As a busy working mom of two, surgery was not an option I wanted to hear. Dealing with this pain left me feeling deflated. I had lost the ability to safely pick up my two year old and care for him. Driving was very difficult as well. I needed to find another solution. "On a pain scale of 0 to 10, my knee pain was a 9—a constant, severe ache," Becky recalls. "The pain was so debilitating I couldn’t sit on the floor to play with my kids and standing for longer than five minutes was nearly impossible. Walking was difficult, as I had to take slow, small steps. I felt like I was 85 years old. Even basic tasks like bathing, putting on socks, or doing household chores were a struggle. She also suffered with hip and back pain for over 15 years. “On a pain scale of 0-10 my leg pain was an 8. The pain was intermittent, and sharp shooting. I would have to sit on a hard book or put a tennis ball under my leg to be comfortable enough to sit in the car. I also had terrible hip and back pain that were a 6 on a pain scale of 0-10. I had a lot of muscle weakness in my hips which made it difficult for me to climb stairs. I was a runner, and I had to stop running because of my hip and back pain. Prior to starting care at Precise Chiropractic, Tom suffered with upper back and neck pain for over 15 years. “I had tightness in my shoulders and upper back. I also suffered with headaches stemming from my neck pain. On a pain scale from 0-10 my pain was constant at a level 6. It was difficult to do chores because the pain made it hard to walk and just move around in general. I also had difficulty sleeping due to the pain. Prior to starting care at Precise Chiropractic, Debbie suffered with pinched nerves in her low back for 10 years which resulted in severe leg spasms. She also suffered with intestinal issues for 3 ½ months after having COVID. “On a pain scale of 0-10 my pain was a 10+. The pain in my right leg was a tight, stabbing pain and I could barely walk and had difficulty sleeping. My intestinal issues affected my digestion and caused me discomfort. Prior to starting care at Precise Chiropractic, Jeanette suffered with neck and shoulder pain resulting from a car accident 22 years ago. “On a pain scale of 0-10 my pain was a 10. My shoulders were tight, and my neck was so stiff I could not turn it. I could do daily tasks, but I had to move slower, lay down to take breaks and suffer with pain while doing them. Prior to starting care at Precise Chiropractic, Nick suffered leg, foot, neck, and shoulder pain for 12 months after suffering a snowboarding injury. “On a pain scale of 0-10, the pain was a 10 and it was an achy, throbbing pain. The pain slowed me down and it took me longer to accomplish daily tasks. It was also hard to focus on work due to the pain. I tried massage therapy, pain medicine, and muscle relaxers but those only helped temporarily. Congratulations to Jennifer for being our July Patient of the Month! Jennifer started care at Precise Chiropractic in April 2020 after her boyfriend found Precise Chiropractic while researching on the Internet.

Prior to starting care at Precise Chiropractic, Jennifer suddenly started suffering with dizzy spells and migraines which went on for 6 months. “On a pain scale of 0-10 both my dizzy spells and migraines were a 9. My vision would get distorted and the migraines, nausea and dizziness would start. I would have episodes like these at least two times a week sometimes lasting all day. When they occurred, I would need to go lay down in a dark room, take Advil or Aleve, and wait for my symptoms to settle down. Since I have children, I would have to call someone to come over to help with the kids until I was able to function again. I tried traditional chiropractic, but I didn’t notice a difference in my symptoms. I started to worry that I might have to have some kind of surgery. Prior to starting care at Precise Chiropractic, Sue suffered with vertigo for 6 years. “During the first 2 years of vertigo episodes, I was completely debilitated. My hearing was affected, I had serious balance issues, and my sleep was affected as well. I couldn’t cook or clean or exercise. I would just sit in a chair and do nothing. Things were so bad that I had to retire from my teaching job. A friend of mine was a traditional chiropractor who tried to treat me, but treatment didn’t help. I visited 10 different doctors and tried physical therapy, but no one could figure out how to help me. I tried having surgery on my right ear to prevent crystals that could have been causing my vertigo. But 6 weeks after the surgery the vertigo returned. One doctor suggested I start using the Epley maneuver which is a type of exercise that helps to treat the symptoms of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV). That exercise only helped temporarily. I was very discouraged and wanted to get my life back. That’s when I decided to try NUCCA chiropractic.” says Sue.

Regarding her results, Sue says “I started to notice results over time as I received my NUCCA adjustments, and I started to feel relief. Prior to starting care at Precise Chiropractic, Jen suffered with low back and hip pain for 4 years. “On a pain scale of 0-10 my low-back and hip pain were an 8. My back felt very stiff and achy, and I was unable to stretch my right groin muscle. I had back surgery in 2000 and 2005 for ruptured discs but 5 years after the 2nd surgery my back started flaring up again. Whenever I took long car trips, I would have to make frequent stops to walk around because I was so uncomfortable. I’m a manager at a driving range which requires me to stand and walk around a lot and I would just have to suffer with the pain. I tried physical therapy, taking Aleve, and cortisone injections to help take the edge off the pain which only helped temporarily. I play baseball and a teammate noticed when I would swing a bat my swing was all arms, and I had no body rotation. She suggested I try coming to Precise Chiropractic. I researched NUCCA chiropractic and decided to schedule an appointment.”

Regarding her results, Jen says “After my first adjustment I noticed instant relief and my pain went from an 8 down to a 7. I felt less tight and noticed my body relaxing. Prior to starting care at Precise Chiropractic, Kevin suffered with low back and hip pain for 2 years. “On a pain scale of 0-10 my low-back and hip pain were a constant 5 and the pain felt achy and throbbing. If I moved a certain way suddenly my pain would turn into a shooting pain and jump up to an 8. I work for City Park and Recreation and during work I would do a lot of standing on concrete, lifting things and twisting my body. It was a struggle for me to do things due to the pain and I would have to sit down and take frequent breaks during work. It got to a point where I could hardly stand for any length of time. Prior to starting care at Precise Chiropractic, Jen suffered migraines for over 10 years, neck and shoulder pain for 1 year and low back pain for 4 months. “On a scale from 0-10, my low back pain was a 7 and it was a dull, constant pain. I’m an engineer and I sit a lot at work and my low back pain made it uncomfortable to sit and do my job. The migraines and tension in my neck and shoulders would reach a pain level of 8 and I had limited range of motion in my neck. The pain prevented me from sleeping throughout the night, so I would often feel tired during the day. The poor range of motion in my neck also made it difficult to turn my neck when driving. Congratulations to Janice and Jim for being our October Patients of the Month! Janice started care at Precise Chiropractic in February 2019 after being referred to the office by two friends.

Janice suffered with vertigo for 2 months and her first vertigo episode occurred when she got up one night and the room started spinning. Janice was afraid she was suffering a stroke, so she went to the emergency room where she was diagnosed with vertigo. She started having weekly episodes and tried to do “exercises” to help with the vertigo, but the exercises did not help. That’s when she decided to come to Precise Chiropractic. Jim started care at Precise Chiropractic in January 2023 after being referred to the office by his wife Janice. He suffered with left shoulder pain for 8 months and on a pain scale of 0-10 his pain was a 9. He had limited range of motion and couldn’t lift his left arm over his head or sleep on his side due to the pain. Jim also suffered with hip pain for 3 months and a stiff neck. He tried physical therapy but that only helped temporarily. When Janice recommended Precise Chiropractic Jim scheduled his appointment.

Regarding Janice’s results, after her first adjustment her vertigo was GONE! She also noticed she could breathe easier, the range of motion in her neck improved and she had less pain in her hips and knees. Congratulations to Paul for being our August Patient of the Month! Paul started care at Precise Chiropractic in January 2021 after listening to Precise Chiropractic’s radio show on 103.5 WMUZ’s “Your Weekly Checkup”. Prior to starting care at Precise Chiropractic, Paul suffered from sciatica for 6 years, left knee pain, and tingling in both arms for a month.

“On a pain scale of 0-10, my sciatica pain was a 5. Whenever I got out of my vehicle after a long ride my back and legs would lock up. I would have to walk around hunched over and wait for the pain to go away. Eventually, I started to have pain in my left knee which was a 9 and tingling in both arms which really affected my sleep at night, making me toss and turn all night. Congratulations to Jon for being our July Patient of the Month! Jon started care at Precise Chiropractic in December 2019 after meeting Dr. Fox at a health event at his place of work. Prior to starting care at Precise Chiropractic, Jon suffered from low back pain for 20+ years after serving as a police officer and having been in multiple car accidents.

“On a pain scale of 0-10 my low back pain most of the time was a 5. There were times suddenly the pain would jump to a 10 and it would bring me to my knees. The pain felt like an electrical current radiating through my back. I saw a traditional chiropractor for several years, but it only helped me temporarily. Prior to starting care at Precise Chiropractic, Jeanie suffered with wrist pain, low back pain and shoulder pain. “On a pain scale of 0-10 my right wrist was 9 and my left wrist was 7.

I work at a hair salon and assist with washing and blow-drying hair which is hard on my wrists. The pain progressed so much that I had limited use of my hands. I couldn’t even use my hands to pull up my pants! Along with my wrist pain I suffered with constant throbbing neck pain that was 8 and back pain that was 5. All this pain affected my work activities and also made it difficult for me to workout. I tried extra strength Tylenol and Ibuprofen but those only helped temporarily. Congratulations to Carla for being our May Patient of the Month! Carla started care at Precise Chiropractic in November 2021 after seeing our sign while driving by the office on her way home. Prior to starting care at Precise Chiropractic, Carla suffered from low back pain after injuring herself while setting up her Christmas tree. “On a pain scale of 0-10, my low back pain was a 7 and the pain felt like a seizing, gripping sensation.

While putting up my Christmas tree, I turned my body and suddenly my back seized up. I ended up having to lie on the couch for the rest of the day in pain. I waited a day to see if the pain would go away, but it didn’t. I tried ibuprofen and gentle stretches, but those did not help. My mobility was very limited, and I really slowed down and couldn’t do much in the way of housework, gardening, or other tasks. I knew I needed help and called to schedule an appointment at Precise Chiropractic.” says Carla.

I would only do light housekeeping as I was limited in what I could do because of the pain. When I did anything, I would have to slow down and think about how I did it to try to avoid having pain. Prior to starting care at Precise Chiropractic, Kellie suffered with pain in her neck and right shoulder for 4 years and low back pain for 1 ½ years. “On a pain scale of 0-10 my neck and shoulder pain were an 8 and the pain was a sharp, shooting pain.

I couldn’t reach behind my back nor extend my right arm over my head because of the pain so I would have to figure out other ways to accomplish tasks. My low back pain was a 6 out of a pain scale of 0-10 and my low back was achy when I woke up in the morning. The pain would disappear during the day but would return when I woke up in the morning. I eventually went to an orthopedic doctor where I received cortisone injections and I also tried physical therapy. These only helped for a few months but then the pain came back. I knew I needed to find something else to help me.” says Kellie.

Regarding her results, Kellie says “After my first adjustment I noticed an improvement and my neck and shoulder pain went from an 8 down to a 6. Congratulations to the Darnell family for being our February Patients of the Month! Chad started care at Precise Chiropractic in November 2018, Lucy in February 2021, and Molly in February 2022 after being referred to the office by a friend.

Prior to starting care at Precise Chiropractic, Chad suffered with low back pain accompanied by spasms ever since college where he played a lot of sports. “On a pain scale of 0-10 my low back pain was an 8 and it seemed every other week the spasms would come and go, and I would be incapacitated. I would also have stiffness and soreness which would last for a week or two. I tried stretching and exercise which helped a little with the pain, but it only helped temporarily. After my very first adjustment I had immediate relief, and my pain went from an 8 down to a 3 and after a few more weeks of adjustments my pain was a 0. I went from having these episodes for over 15 years to having NONE in the past 3 years. Lucy came to Precise Chiropractic after suffering with neck and low back pain for a year. It started when she was playing tennis at school. Lucy says “On a pain scale of 0-10 my neck pain was a 7, low back pain was a 6 and the pain made it difficult for me to play tennis and be comfortable during school. Prior to starting care at Precise Chiropractic, Phoebe had a serious roller blading accident in 2005 in which she was hospitalized for 6 days. As a result of the accident, she was left suffering with frequent and severe headaches, pressure in her head and ringing in her ears. “On a pain scale of 0-10 my headaches and the pressure in my head were a 10 and the ringing in my ears was an 8. The pain in my ear was throbbing and ringing and I would lay down with an ice pack on my ear to try to help with the pain. I tried strong pain killers and orthodontic therapy to try to help with the pressure and pain but those only helped temporarily. I also tried traditional chiropractic for 3 years where I would go once a week for treatment, but the pain and pressure never went away. That’s when I decided I needed to find something else to help me.” says Phoebe.

Congratulations to Felicia for being our November Patient of the Month! Felicia started care at Precise Chiropractic in July 2021 when her dentist referred her to Precise Chiropractic after hearing Dr. Cramer on the radio on WMUZ’s Your Weekly Checkup.

Prior to starting care at Precise Chiropractic, Felicia suffered with pressure headaches, dizziness, vision problems, and upper back pain for 3 years. She also felt unbalanced and had a choking feeling in her throat that would come and go and made her feel like she was suffocating. “On a pain scale of 0-10 my back pain was a 7 and my pressure headaches were a 5. I went to at least 30 different doctors to try to find out what was wrong with me, and no one had any answers for me. They prescribed special glasses for me for the vision problems, and I tried taking Tylenol for the headaches which only helped temporarily. A year and a half into these health issues I ended up in the emergency room and the neurologist there diagnosed me as having Vestibular migraines (also referred to as migraine associated vertigo where a person also experiences dizziness and imbalance) and prescribed Effexor. I had concerns about taking medication because of side effects and knew that I needed to find a better answer. Dealing with these health issues left me feeling anxious and depressed and it made it very difficult to do any activities I enjoyed like gardening, social activities, and traveling.” says Felicia.

Congratulations to Lisa for being our October Patient of the Month! Lisa started care at Precise Chiropractic in December 2020, after meeting Dr. Cramer in her neighborhood.

Prior to starting care at Precise Chiropractic, Lisa suffered with neck & shoulder pain for 5 years, low back pain for 2 years and she always felt like her hips were “off”. “On a scale from 0-10, my neck & shoulder pain was an 8. I was not able to turn my head to the left to check my blind spot when driving and I felt like I carried a lot of stress in my shoulders. I also had a pinched nerve in my right arm which caused pain in my right elbow and numbness in my fingers. An MRI confirmed I had a tear in my arm and doctors had suggested surgery which I did not want to do. My low back pain was a 9, and I had pain in my legs. Regarding my hip pain, I felt uneven and unbalanced especially when I wore heels. The pain made it difficult to vacuum, and also drive our boat safely. I tried physical therapy for a while but that only helped temporarily. All this pain and discomfort made me feel 90 years old! Eventually, I watched a Precise Chiropractic video on Facebook which showed the NUCCA Chiropractic technique and that there is no twisting, cracking or popping. The video also gave a tour of the Precise Chiropractic office, and it looked like a calming environment. I didn’t believe in chiropractic at all but after watching the video I felt more comfortable, and I scheduled an appointment.” says Lisa.

Prior to starting care at Precise Chiropractic, Tom suffered for many years with daily headaches, shoulder pain in both shoulders and left hip pain. “On a pain scale of 0-10 the pain level for my headaches was a 6. I would have headaches daily which made it hard to focus at work. I’m a very active sports person and have had numerous accidents and injuries over the years. I suffered with left shoulder pain for 26 years and right shoulder pain for 15 years. My pain level was a 9 on the left and a 5 on the right. I would describe my shoulder pain as achy and was related to torn rotator cuffs and stress from work. My left hip pain was an 8 and was constant and so painful that it hurt to work, and the pain disrupted my sleep as well. Then I would have to lay down in a dark room which would cause me to either go into work late or miss work entirely. It also made it very difficult to take care of my children and do other activities like help at their school or church. I tried other chiropractors but did not see any results. I couldn’t do anything, and I felt helpless!” says Jessica.

Darlene Walker

Congratulations to Darlene for being our June Patient of the Month! Darlene started care at Precise Chiropractic in April 2019 after meeting members of the Precise Chiropractic team at a health event at her workplace.

Prior to starting care at Precise Chiropractic, Darlene suffered with shoulder and neck pain for 5 years with the pain radiating from one side of her shoulders to the other, into her neck and down her left arm. “On a pain scale of 0-10 my pain level was a 10. It was very painful for me do regular activities like sitting, walking and household chores and the pain made it difficult to focus on my job as a receptionist. I was constantly putting heat and ice on the area to try to help with the pain and I also went to another chiropractor but with both of those I would get only short-term relief. The pain made me irritable, and I didn’t feel like doing anything.” says Darlene.

Kim Booser

Congratulations to Kim for being our May Patient of the Month! Kim started care at Precise Chiropractic in June 2021 after finding the office on Google.

Prior to starting care at Precise Chiropractic, Kim suffered with chronic low back pain and sciatica for over 22 years and tremors from Parkinson’s disease. “On a pain scale of 0-10 my low back pain was a 10+. For years the pain was on and off but eventually it became chronic. It was a stabbing/throbbing pain that was off the charts! It was very painful for me to go up my stairs and I dreaded having to vacuum. My quality of life was awful as it was difficult to walk and shop. I tried other types of chiropractic care, pain killers and steroids which only helped temporarily. After suffering for so long and trying so many different things that didn’t relieve my pain, I felt hopeless.” says Kim.

Kim has benefitted greatly from being under NUCCA care. “After my first adjustment my pain level went down to a 6 and I continued to see gradual improvements. Heather Flynn

Congratulations to Heather for being our April Patient of the Month! Heather started care at Precise Chiropractic in November 2017 after being referred to the office by her physician.

Prior to starting care at Precise Chiropractic, Heather suffered most of her life with back pain, left hip and leg pain, and neck pain. “On a pain scale of 0-10 my back pain was an 8. The pain was a pinching feeling, and it radiated through my whole back with my middle back being the most painful. I also suffered with left hip and leg pain as well as neck pain that were a 6. As a preschool caregiver, I could still perform daily tasks at work and, also at home, but I was always in pain.” says Heather.

Heather has benefitted greatly from being under NUCCA care. “After my first adjustment the range of motion in my neck improved and my neck pain was gone. Also, my back pain went down to a 5 from an 8 and I didn’t have that pinching feeling anymore. After 1 month of care my left hip and leg pain as well as my back pain improved to 0. I am now able to do daily tasks with a lot less pain and discomfort and tasks are easier to accomplish since there is less stress on my body. Now if I overdo things and end up in pain, I just come in for an adjustment and I’m good again.” says Heather.

Brian Bicknell

Congratulations to Brian for being our March Patient of the Month! Brian started care at Precise Chiropractic in September 2019. While Brian was growing up his family received traditional chiropractic care.

As a child his sister developed foot pain that was not resolved by their current chiropractor. Brian’s parents took his sister to a NUCCA chiropractor and after seeing her foot issue resolved with NUCCA care, Brian’s parents switched the whole family to a NUCCA chiropractor. As an adult, when Brian moved to the area he specifically searched the Internet for NUCCA chiropractors and found Precise Chiropractic. Prior to starting care at Precise Chiropractic, Brian suffered with extreme low back pain for one year. “On a pain scale of 0-10 my low back pain was a 9. I am a software engineer, so I sit for long periods of time. While sitting I would have to get up every 10 minutes or so because it was so uncomfortable for me. It got to the point that I would have to brace myself for the pain whenever I would sit or stand. I would constantly try to adjust the way I was sitting, or I would get up and stand just to find relief from the pain. But that only helped temporarily.” says Brian.

Brian has benefitted greatly from being under NUCCA care. “After my first adjustment I didn’t notice any change in my pain, but after a few adjustments I started to notice a minimal reduction in my pain. After 2 weeks of treatment I went from a pain level of 9 down to a 0 where, all of a sudden, I noticed my pain was gone! I am so relieved that I no longer anticipate or brace for the pain when I sit down or stand up. Now I am much more comfortable while sitting and working at my computer.” says Brian.
