I had pain and weakness in the lumbar region and a ruptured disk. I was on heavy steroids that I was taking orally and went through physical therapy. As a 57 year old female with daily headaches, I saw Dr. Werner’s ad in a local newspaper and thought “What do I have to lose but a lot of pain that was interfering in my daily life.” The adjustment helped me immediately with the stiffness in my hips. I saw an ad in the local paper and decided to give it a try, I was having "blackouts" 10-15 times a day and had soreness in my neck for the last two years. My name is Bill Carver; two years ago I began a new career in sales, which required a great amount of sitting and driving. Over the course of the two years I began to develop lower back pains, numbness in my left leg, and a dull ache in my groin. These discomforts became more and more frequent, so in turn I went to my doctor. I was so fortunate to meet Dr. Werner through business and upon crossing paths multiple times, decided to see her help. I have had neck and back pain and many injuries since childhood. Sixteen months ago I visited Dr. Werner because of back pain, fatigue and other long term problems. On September 28th, 2007 I participated in the 3 day/60 mile walk for breast cancer research. It was amazing and wonderful! I began training in April by walking one mile, and continued to add miles. I improved my energy, stamina, and JOY! I have had bad back pain for over 10 years & Dr. Werner's website convinced me that NUCCA was a great way to treat my back. I've hurt my lower back 4 times in the last 12 years. The last two times I was incapacitated for 1 week each time. My upper back is curved forward and my back muscles get tired sitting/standing up straight. After my first adjustment my right leg is now the same as my left ( I didn't know it was shorter!!!!!) I am also sitting up straight easily now. I feel awesome and I'm breathing easier. My shoulders and legs were extremely uneven, and I had pain in my chest that made it hard to breathe. I also had shoulder pain from a car accident. I went to a doctor for lower back pain, and he did x-rays and wrote me a prescription for a leg lift. He told me that one leg is shorter then the other, but It didn't work for me. I always thought that I would have shoulder pain for the rest of my life. After receiving only seven adjustments  I no longer have ANY pain! I had meet a women who had NUCCA adjustments with success, so I thoughtI would give it a try. I had a stiff neck that I couldn't turn, Sciatica, cluster headaches, and a bad right shoulder which Dr.Werner took care of! I took Ibuprofen which gave me temporary relief. I am writing this personal testimonial to pay reverence to Dr. Jamie Werner and her talents. I have been suffering from migraine headaches for over 24 years, with no relief in sight.
